Should I be worried? The only bleeding ive ever had during pregnancy was with ny last pg which ended in a MC at eleven weeks.

Am I going to be ok?

You should contact your MW and she will then advise you. It could be any number of things: maybe something, maybe nothing. Please make the call and get proper medical advice.

You and your baby will most likely be okay, but do get checked out x

I had this starting at around 26 weeks until full term. They couldn't find a cause for it and it was worse when I'd been walking a lot. So scary, but luckily it wasn't a cause for concern.
They told me red blood is fresh and that's the biggest cause of worry, pink isn't usually as much of a problem.

Definitely phone your midwife, I got sent to the Maternity unit and monitored and examined. It'll put your mind at rest. I know pink blood can also be thrush in pregnancy even if you've had no other symptoms.

I dont know if it just looked pink as it was wiping after a wee, so diluted, almost.

Ive tried the Midwife office at my doctors (where I am registered) and the Maternity Ward at the hospital. No answer Sad

Do you have a mobile number for your midwife on your green notes? If not there should be the number for triage on there too so you can speak to someone there instead.
I know how worrying it is not knowing so hope you get it sorted today.

As your baby is viable now I would definitely be pushing to get checked out. Keep phoning

Am negative blood type too so may need some Anti D

Hope all is ok. I'm a random bleeder in pregnancy, and know how stressful it is. I had a bleed like the one you're describing at 27 weeks with my last pregnancy, no cause was ever found, it didn't happen again and the pregnancy went to term (this time round I had light brown bleeding around the 12 week mark, again completely unexplained) and all seems fine.

Hope you and baby's well. I had this with my dd on and off . There is a number of things it could be even baby kicking to much . I know this is a bit late but if it happens to anyone reading this after you have called the hospital etc get a mirror and have a good look cos one of the times with me I had very bright red blood all over but it just was from behind tmi I know . Good luck

I had the same problem at 24 & 27 weeks. Mine was always in the morning... I'm resus neg so I was having to got to the day unit every day Hmm. It turned out to be to do with the felling that are on the inside of cervix making there way out of the cervix & causing irritation. I had a course of tablets & it sorted it.

I would suggest trying the labour ward if you can't get through on any other number

Could lifting and carrying stuff be causing it? I did a "big shop" yesterday morning, didnt equate the two, then no bleeding last nught and this morning. Then I carroed the washong basket through the house to put the laundry on this morning and am now showing pink and brown blood again.

Could be an aftermath of your internal exam?

I would bleed more upon over-exerting myself, but that was in the early weeks post-ELCS.

Were you advised to expect more bleeding? Call your MW or clinic where you visited. Hope you're okay x
