Well I'm 40 weeks tomorrow but since I've woken up I feel really nauseas and I keep gagging Sad the thought of food makes me want to be sick, and I can only just stomach water. I had some juice when I woke up which I managed but now all I can sip on is water. I'm sort of scared to eat as I really don't want to throw it up. is this normal this late in the day? I'm feeling pretty exhausted too, and can't be bothered to get dressed Blush

I'm 40+6 and have spent a lot of this week dry heaving and haven't eaten much. I've felt awful most of the week, I did last time once I hit 40 weeks too.

On the other hand you could be getting ready for the baby to arrive. Smile Fingers crossed.

I know you are gagging to go into labour but it could just as easily be an off day! :)

Yes, I'm booked in for Wednesday, I'll be 40+10. Very nervous! Do you feel like you're close? Are you having a sweep this week?

I felt awful the day before I went into labour - this may be a good sign!

Thank you Smile

It varies between primary care trusts I think. Here they do one on your due date, but others don't offer one.

I had a curry the night I went into labour last time, but I'd already had about 40 curries in days before that!

Glad you're feeling better.

Well I've suggested it to dh and he's well up for me giving anything a go Blush we've tried having sex but that triggered nothing Angry we're going to cinema in a sec so maybe the loudness of that might startle it into action followed by a hot curry and guaranteed toilet trips in the morning maybe it will do something. I can but try. how are you feeling?

We've tried lots of sex. Always worth trying again Wink

I'm ok thanks, very uncomfortable but resigned to my Wednesday induction!

Let me know how it goes! I have a feeling I'm going to be left hanging here for an induction too Sad

yeah true, and it keeps dh happy as well I suppose Grin especially as he shan't be allowed there anytime soon after the birth Blush

May be a sign of impending labour.
My very close friend had nausea and food aversion with all 3 of her babies in the last week.

I will let you know. It's early in the overdue process for you, it's still more likely you'll go on your own, don't worry.
