Damn, feel like in 3rd Trimester!!

Hi

I'm 17 weeks now and have felt really bloated since early pg, my upper abdomen is bigger than my lower, anyway, the problem now is I can't eat anymore, I feel so stuffed and filled up, the same like you feel as if you're in the 3rd trimester and the baby's head or bottom is pushing into your ribcage.
It's painful as well and when I eat I feel breathless to the extent that I don't want to eat anymore.
I also feel as if I've got this tight band around my ribcage, but I don't suspect pre eclampsia coz my blood pressure is reallyyy low.
Should I try to get some indigestion tablets from the gp?
I'm only on Rennie and Gaviscon ATM.
Any tips, suggestions, advice plz as I can't even imagine going on like this and feel anxious about being really into the 3rd trimester.
