Strange pains lower down please reassure me.

I'm 32 weeks and at my 28 weeks app my mid wife said baby was head down.

So I've felt low punches and kicks for weeks.

Today I was in kitchen with hubby and I got this horrific pain really low down the only way to describe it was like grinding on my pelvic bones, it took my breath away.

My vagina feels heavy today and a wee bit swollen.

I've also got lower pelvic and groin pain deep aching. A lot different from the pains I was getting earlier on in pregnacy,
I've also notice lots of extra discharge.

Baby is kicking fine actually very active today.

I'm worried my mum went in to labour with me and her other two children at 30 weeks. And she got similar pains.

I just don't feel a 100%

This is my first pregnancy so I don't know is this is normal pains at 32 weeks. Any advice please ? :)

Do you feel any better today? Maybe you've been overdoing things a bit? Could you try sitting with feet up a bit more? Phone MW if you're concerned though.

Hi thanks for getting back to me, I do feel better today. I think baby had moved and was kicking lower like cervix and bladder I went to the loo 5 times last night twice more than usual. Felt like I constantly needed a wee.

Think I just got myself worked up a little.

Thanks if I get them again will ring mw
