I feel really strange

I'm 20 weeks and today I feel weird

basically I can really feel my heartbeat but my chest also feels hollow. I also have this strange vibraty feeling on my belly and legs.

please tell me this is normal and I'm not going to explode or something?

I heard someone describing this as though she had swallowed her mobile phone and it was vibrating inside her when she got a text or call. I think it must be muscle spasm? Or something pressing on a nerve? Not painful but peculiar.

Nope, you're going to explode, got anyone about who can film it for us?

You'll be ok, I got that sort of feeling at about 18w and it was really weird and freaked me out, still don't know exactly what it was but it went away after a week or so.
You're probably more aware of your heart bea as you're making and pumping more blood now for your little one.

yeah it does feel like a phone vibration! I went and lay down for half an hour and it's calmed down now. it was so strange, I dont want it to come back.
