Hemiplegic migraine issues with labour

Hi
Just wondered if there is anyone else on here who suffers from this?
I have had it for a long time but wondered how it had affected your pregnancy and if you had a natural birth as I have been told to consider an elective c section.

Any opinions or experiences would be greatly received xx

Also would like to know if anyone else's hemiplegic migraine got worse through pregnancy? Just I seem to be suffering more often x
