I am 20+5 and today a severe pain has started in my right groin. It feels like I have pulled a muscle but I don't think I have done anything to make it feel like this. Should I be worried. It is even painful if I'm not moving.

Could be spd? Mine started around same time and place.

Give it a couple of days resting and hot baths. If doesn't go or its worse call mw. Mine has referred me to physio for mine. Gp was Crap when i went in about it

Me too. I have had groin pain that has sometimes moved to my hips. Anyway my sports masseur of a husband said that the hips, groin and glutes are all linked. So he made me do some squats. I've got this silly workout video that is ten minutes of glute work. It did help me but be careful.

Iv had this since 16 weeks, it's like right inside your groin? I went to docs, got physio, didn't help much. Spoke to midwife and got referred for acupuncture, it took 14 weeks but finally had my first session last Friday. When i was 34 weeks.....

That night I had no pain at all, and got to have it every 2 weeks, however think it would if better benefits if the waiting list wasn't so long.....

I would ask midwife about spd and acupuncture ASAP as if it is spd it only gets worse
