I am 19 weeks pg and after eating the past few days I get terrible sharp pains which double me over or wake me at night. I have bad indigestion too plus feeling under the weather. Is this all due to a tummy bug of some kind? No vomiting or upset stomach or constipation though...I even avoided eating today and only had a small bit of plain rice earlier which has set it off again. Is this to do with pregnancy? Should I be concerned? Anyone had the same?

Sounds like indigestion. I got it like that when I was pregnant. I know it's tmi but burping & farting were the only things that worked for me
