Hello,
I have posted before about thinking i was pregnant and after taking a test (and it just coming back blank) i decided to leave it for a few weeks...
The symptoms seemed to go away for a while - although looking back my mood was all over the place. At the end of Oct/start of November i endured a 9 day period (i'm normally 4-5 days) so i guessed that that was the sign i was looking for apart from this one was an abnormally bright red colour...however over the last week my stomach has been cramping, my breasts have veins appearing and this vile metallic taste in my mouth will not go despite having tried everything - this isn't including going to the toilets every 40 minutes and the rest of the craziness. I am planning on taking another test, I did however want to ask you whether you thought there would be any possibility i could be pregnant, especially after the period i had. It is all very confusing and i find that i am very uncomfortable and cannot get comfy when trying to go to sleep at night. I just don't want to worry myself for no reason...

Thank you to those who take the time to read and respond - i am very grateful :)

Sounds like some conflicting symptoms, and it could be that you're pregnant, despite the bleeding. Obviously a test with morning-urine would tell you better than any guessing from people on here! It could also be something else, so maybe it would be good to also visit your G.P.?

And good luck!

Thank you!
My only problem is i am a Nanny in France at the minute so everything is that much more complicated!
I am genuinely confused with the symptoms...but will be taking a test at some point this week. I only worry as i am quite young and haven't been with my boyfriend long (2 months) and he has a child from a previous relationship and i worry about how she will react etc.
I think being isolated in France doesn't help my overactive mind either haha ;) but i will definitely be taking a test just to be on the safe side xxxxxx

I can't comment on your particular symptoms, but please don't let yourself google too much, that way madness lies! It's really tempting to do that when you've got weird symptoms, and it must be extra hard being in a different country.

Easy to say but try not to stress too much about your boyfriend's potential reaction, first thing is to find out what the situation is with being pregnant or not, and then take it from there. Can you talk to anyone back home in real life, in confidence?

Yes i have someone i could speak to, but i don't want to worry someone else - i know that sounds stupid, but i've always been one of the 'bottle it up' kind of people and prefer to sort things myself. Although this is seeming a little too much to handle :/
I think i have already made the mistake of googling too much into things - although i am just staying away from google at the minute, it is way to tempting!
