Pregnancy symptom - still have swollen hands!

One of the many weird pregnancy symptoms that I got was swollen hands and feet. I also got nose bleeds, an itchy bump, round ligament pain, carpal tunnel syndrome - but they all disappeared when the baby arrived! Four MONTHS later I still have swollen hands and feet. I'm literally wearing shoes that are one size bigger, I can't get my wedding ring on, one of my big toes is a bit numb. Proud to say that I'm back down to my pre-pregnancy weight, so it's not just tubbiness, but will I get back to normal when I stop breastfeeding? Anyone else had this?

Er REALLY? my DD is 2 weeks old and I thought the hand swelling would have gone down already. But four months? NOOOOOO
