No idea when period's due, I had a Mirena coil which I didn't like so had it removed about a month ago. I feel crap. Faintly nauseous and bloody knackered, plus mild cramps like period's about to start, only it doesn't. The only time it COULD have happened was 2 weeks ago, too early to test. Oh nooooooo surely not. DD's only 8 months. Anyone else felt like this after coil removal? It's too early for pregnancy symptoms isn't it?? Please??

Came here to write a post "could I be...???" & saw this & just had to comment!

DD is 7.5 months. I've been taking pill, had a 7 day break & was supposed to start taking pill again Friday before last. Forgot, did deed numerous times (alcohol induced ha ha ha!). Realised the Monday morning I'd forgotten my pill & had run out! Took 5 day morning after pill Tuesday evening which they said may not be effective due to timescale & the numerous occasions.

Have been awaiting period which nurse said could come at any time, but for last 4 days felt like it's coming because of cramps but nothing... Feel Tired, feel bloated, have had really bad heartburn a couple of times & (too much info I know) loads of snail trail :-) :-) :-)

Could I be???????? Surely not, chances must be virtually non existent!?!!! Have bought 2 digital tests & currently hiding them from hubby! Have no idea when to test but due to go out for drinks at weekend!!

It's possible, MrsRV. Once before I was with DH I took the morning after pill and it didn't work. I don't know how soon after your 7 day break you can ovulate tho, if you don't re-start. Might just be a reaction to the hormones in the morning after pill tho, the cramps etc. Don't know about you but I wasn't planning on anything like so soon for another one.

We were planning to start trying for another 1 next year... I would have another tomorrow if it was up to me! Hubby was not impressed by forgotten pill and I'm sure he secretly thinks I've done it on purpose. I did say to nurse that it wouldn't be the end of the world but that I'd better do the sensible thing & take morning after pill. Haven't dared to tell hubby of my symptoms!! Eeek. Will Do test in morning & report back! Was looking forward to a drink this weekend too!!!! Bloody typical.

Waterbiscuit, when are you going to test? How funny that our girls are the same age & we've both had a... whoops!! Also saw your post about the lady who wondered if she had to go to bed at 7.30... Our daughters appear to be identical in their sleeping from day 1!!!! Spooky.

Oh that is weird! I don't know about testing - my DH is away and not back til Friday, he wasn't here when I found out about DD and if it is +ve I think I'd like for him not to be 100s of miles away (so I can see him saying 'FUCK!!" instead of just hearing it). He's not that keen on another tbh, even though he totally adores DD. I'm kind of apprehensive too, mainly because DD is so fab at sleeping and being lovely I couldn't possibly be that lucky twice! Will you come and let me know what your test says?

I keep being told that next one will be a little bugger as DD is SOOOOO good.

Just been reading up on ovulating after pill. Looks like it could be possible to get preggers that quickly... However, what are the chances..!?! I would have had to ovulate & then the morning after pill not work??? Seriously? In a strange way I kind of hope I am so the choice is taken away from me & we don't actually have to make the decision to start trying again next year. If that makes sense!?!

I'll report back tomorrow... I'll be waiting to hear if the "oh fuck" conversation happens!! Good luck.

Whatever happens, it's just meant to be I guess!!! Smile

ScabbyCold(can't remember the rest) your post made me laugh out loud! I'm the same. Terrible FB stalker too. Grin

Hubby is currently sat on different sofa watching footy... ignorance is bliss. Would hate having to tell him news knowing that he'd say "OH NO" or expletives to the same effect!

Mine would go into meltdown. I had a chemical pregnancy last year. When I told him he nearly cried! "I dont want anymore children"... boo hoo...
Should have kept it zipped then! Confused
