My blood pressure has been around the 90/55 mark this pregnancy but at my 38 week midwife appt today it was up to 122/74 (the MW checked 3 times on 2 machines). She didn't seem concerned and said it was only really if the bottom number goes over 90 that it's a worry. I just wondered how common it is and whether this tallies with others' experiences in the last few weeks of pregnancy?
I'm sure the midwife knows her stuff but it wasn't my regular one and she seemed a bit hurried/flustered (she was running very late) so any extra info gratefully received!
