Embarrassing hot flushes!

had the mother of all hot flushes while giving a presentation at work yesterday! Red as a tomato sweat dripping from forehead had to apologise to a room full of people I didn't know and then nearly fainted So had to sit on the floor. Spent 20 minutes in the fridge section of Tescos after to cool down! Now contemplating the conversation I'm going to have with my manager today when she asks how the presentation went!

30 + 3 weeks and counting down the days of having my lovely first baby and getting rid of the horrible pregnancy symptoms!

Anyone else get these extreme hot flushes? Been a lurker on the board but not seen any posts on them yet!

Hey,im 26 wks n having this a lot,i am quite a hot person anyway but worse now im preggers. Im a teacher n my kids will b in thick jumpers whilst im in a vest fanning myself with a folded worksheet.get OFSTED due any day,if they come into my room i fear i may turn into a puddle!x

you wrote that so well I could visualise you in tescos, so without sounding trite I think they are very common. I am now 48 and gave a presentation and it started for me, sadly the menopause though..!

Always get you BP checked particularly if you do feel wobbly
