please please tell me this is normal?

I apologise in advance for my spelling and the longness of this.

I'm 8 weeks and 2, had a scan a week ago and everything was fine. The reason for that scan was I was out shopping and had a sudden gush of blood. Just a gush, not constant. They said everything was fine. Heartbeat and growth.

Now, iv been bleeding since thursday. Not heavy at all. But enought for me to worry. No clots, not a lot of pain. More like an aching?

My boyfriends said it could just be my uteras strecthing.
Iv had miscarrages before (1 at 3 weeks and another at 4ish) and they where heavy cramps, clots and A LOT of blood. Sorry for tmi.

Just wanted to know if anÿone knows more as this is my first proper pregnancy. Is this normal? I'm going to go to my epu tommrow just need some advice?

I don't know whether this is normal or not (apparently some people can get bleeding in early pregnancy without any problems) but if you're worrying so much do you have a number that you could ring up the mw just to get some reassurance or advice?

You probably won't relax until you've talked to someone and they won't think any less of you if you just chat to them about what is normal and what isn't.

I had some heavy bright red red gushes, followed by some spotting and old blood. It was caused by a second non viable pregnancy egg sac. This second egg sac was missed by two sonographers and only picked up at my 12 week scan (I had a private one and the equipment used was much higher spec so the scan picture more detailed)

Gushes aren't normal, but they do not necessarily mean it is all over. Best of luck for your scan.

I had a bit of bleeding...well more like spotting when I was 7 weeks and I panicked so I went straight to A&E and got an emergency scan everything was fine and she said it could of been my implantation bleed, she said everyone is different and some people do bleed early on in pregnancy, it is extremely scary and if your not 100% sure then ring your mw that's what there there for or go and have another scan, hope everything is ok for you x
