Sorry if this is tmi but this is my 3rd pregnancy and i don't remember having this before.
My breasts felt bigger yesterday and lumpy, just like when i was breastfeeding dd2,and a bit tender, when i gently squeezed my nipple lots of fluid came out, which i presume is the start of breastmilk?
Surely this is a bit too early??

I have been leaking colustrum on and off from about 24 week too. If I squeeze a nipple after a warm shower it's quite a lot. Apparently it's totally normal. My MW told me it can happen from 12 weeks sometimes - eek!

I started leaking breast milk from about 17 weeks with my first baby and had to wear breast pads during the last few weeks of pregnancy. It's nothing to worry about, just another pregnancy nuisance!

Thanks for your replies.
That's another difference between this pregnancy and my last two then,i'm going to have to go and invest in a decent bra today as i have grown so much in the last couple of days.

I'm 24 weeks and leaking colostrum now (started at about 15 weeks with DS, this time I'm still bfing, so it has taken longer).
