Can anyone recommend a good, pregnancy friendly travel insurance provider? Little bit urgent as ours just expired and we're travelling Christmas Eve...
Many thanks!

Up to about 32 weeks plenty will cover you. IIRC I went with Marks and Spencer insurance at about 28 weeks. They may want a fit to fly cert after that though, and airline time limits vary.

I have an annual policy, and when I phoned to check that I was still covered for pregnancy related stuff they said it was absolutely business as usual. They'd only want to know about particular illnesses or conditions arising from pg, e.g. diabetes. I'd just look at normal policies and call to double check before buying.

Check your banks ours covers us. They said they can't discriminate for pregnancy. Now if only they would cover us for sailing. Apparently it's fine for me to go heliskiing or bungee jumping pregnant, but lazing around on a yacht reading magazines in the Caribbean is far too dangerous ahhhh!

Thanks for the replies. Have accepted not being allowed to ski, but no sailing? That's just mean!

John Lewis, I think it's Greenbee or something like that.

Make sure that the policy covers the return journey home if you deliver prematurely. A lot don't.

Iam using Debenhams for my trip to Australia neaxt week when I will be 18 weeks. I got an excellent deal booking through travelsupermarket and they cover all pregnancy related problems up until pretty far on.
