It says
Not to drink but I had a sneaky can at MILs house :S I won't have any more but do you think 1 can will be ok

Im sure 1 wont do any harm but i wouldnt make a habit of drinking red ball or any other energy drinks. They say not to have them when pregnant because of the caffine in them which is redicuously high, there was even a study that said redball was worse for your heart than cocaine! (I only know this stuff as i have a dodgy heart and the caffine levels in redball could literally kill me!) I dont believe doing anything once would do any harm to your baby so dont be freaked out but if i were you i would avoid them at all costs while pregnant - and even all together really.

One can will be fine :)

You should avoid large amounts of caffeine pregnant or not, but small amounts or the occasional drink are nothing to worry about!

I only did it because I love it and have had NO caffeine for the last 2 days.

It was so nice though. I can't wait to have this baby and a can of cider or red bull lol

I hope it was ice cold and that you thoroughly enjoyed it (the occasional cider won't hurt either, as long as it's not some sort of disgusting white cider!) Wink
