I'm 12 weeks pregnant and for the last couple of weeks I've woken up around 1am with really sore and stiff neck. Sometimes the pain also causes a headache. All this usually keeps me awake for the rest of the night.
Obviously I don't want to take any painkillers.
I don't have any new pillows so it cannot be the reason. I've now also tried other type of pillows but nothing seems to help.
When I get up in the morning this pain goes away, which is a bit strange.
I didn't experience this kind of thing in my previous pregnancy.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
