get a physio referral from your community midwife.

(BTW - 10 threads about the same? your back must really hurt grin)

Please ignore all other posts. I am never posting from my phone again as it keeps duplicating them!

Yes definitely get a referral, my midwife was great and got me one straight away, I know others take a more 'you're pregnant, you get backache' attitude so push for one if you have to. I started physio at 23 weeks (now 34) and my backache/pelciv pain is so much better, she gave me simple exercises to do and I saw every couple of weeks until last week when she discharged me with an open apt in case it comes back but so far so good.
