Luckily my morning sickness has subsided now but I have been given a tip which is worth a try if anyone is still suffering.
Alternate sips of chilled lemonade and chilled fizzy water every 5 minutes or so.
I know chilled fizzy water helped me a bit when I was going through it but aparently if you take small sips of 1 then 5 minutes later a small sip of the other it really helps.
