Hi folks,

I'm currently 15weeks and suffering from severe bloating and not constipation at all (quite the opposite). I know, not a nice subject to talk about but should i be worried about this, as all the books say it should be experiencing constipation!

I had this too (and at 38 weeks still convinced most of my bump is bloat by the evening!). I was told that for every pregnancy symptom there is an opposite symptom, so just because most people get constipated it doesn't mean it's a given. I now get both so I don't think bowel habits get better til after it's born!!

Thanks for that. I'm sure it down my excess intake of orange etc!!!
