Training my 2 year old - very confused! Help!

Hi!

I thought this lockdown was the perfect opportunity to potty train but I'm getting loads of contradicting advice online. I wondered if anyone could help.. how often do I put my son on his potty and how long do I leave him on there if he doesn't go??

He doesn't like being left with nothing on..

Seems impossible to me right now 😂 HELP! He is 3 in July and I'm sure he's ready but just unwilling "mummy I want nappy on". I really want him dry before he starts his nursery in Sept.
