Regression? Help!

I have a two year old (almost 3) who has been potty trained for around 4 months. To begin with she had no accidents and loved using the potty and the ‘big girl toilet’ but the last couple of weeks she has just stopped telling me when she needs to go.
She will happily wet her pants and then sit in them until I notice, preferring not to tell anyone. When we do notice she doesn’t want to change them and puts up a fight to keep wet ones on.
Is this regression? She will go for a wee on the potty if I physically put her on it every hour or two but won’t tell me she needs a wee/ take herself to the toilet.
I’ve asked her if she wants to go back into nappies like a baby and she doesn’t seem bothered.
Not really sure what to do about it all. Any advice?

Also, she used to wake up once or twice in the night to have a wee but doesn’t do that anymore either.
Is any of this normal?
