What do you ladies do to stay calm and stay positive ?
I haven't got post natal depression but sometimes it can get a little stressful ! Being a mum can be tough . My partner does what he can and has a lovely bond with our daughter but he's working full time and I do get out sometimes to some groups or to see family but some days like today I don't want to go to the baby group , I feel exhausted and maybe a little low .
Sometimes I feel so agitated and tired I end up taking it out on my partner ( even him coughing annoys me sometimes and I don't want it to be like that )
- sounds ridiculous I know .
Any suggestions on how to be calm etc x
