Abdominal pain when sneezing or getting up

I gave birth just over 8 weeks ago at 27 weeks. Since giving birth when I sneeze I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen. Also if I’m lying down and I lift my top half up (so in a V shape) it also feels strenuous and painful. I sneezed pretty hard last night which was really painful but even now it still feels sore. Does anyone know what’s happening or how to help it?
