I had a second degree tear and haemorrhaged resulting in a few stitches.
I'm now 2 weeks post birth and wondering when I can start exercising? I'm not seeing anyone until the end of the week, and I could wait but if anyone already knows the answer that'd be useful? Just wanting to work the belly a little as the muscles separated and I don't want to leave it too long in case the damage is irreversible after a certain amount of time?
