Morning all new to this ....
My youngest is 6 months old and has cmpa doesn’t sleep and is quite a difficult baby I’ve been sleeping in the living room with her for 5 months as she screams through the night and I snore.
I’ve been diagnosed with depression and anxiety I lost my Nan when I had 7 weeks left of pregnancy and took it really hard. Me and partner don’t seem to be getting on and I think he’s edging towards leaving I’m worried if he leaves money and house etc is going to be really difficult

I'm so sorry that you are struggling OP.

You seem to have a lot going on. What treatment are you getting for your depression?

I'm sorry to hear about your NaN too. Has anybody suggested Grief Counselling? It doesn't work for everyone but I found it helpful, just to talk to someone who wasn't part of the family or a friend really helped me.

CMPA in babies can be tough. Have you seen a Paediatrician or a Paediatric Dietician?

If you're worried about your relationship, have you told him how you are feeling?

Is there someone who could look after LO while you go out for scopula of hours?
