I'm wondering what's normal? I had my DD by EMCS on 16th December, I had what I thought was going to be a period on 20th Feb but it was a tiny amount of blood and nothing more afterwards, on 7th March I had a very, very light period with all the usual aches & pains-at least I think it was a period. What's normal? My periods before I was pregnant were fairly heavy and usually really painful. I have no idea what to expect really.

I didn’t have a c-section and formula fed straight away. I had bleeding until 2weeks roughly and then what I believe was my period returning at 5 weeks which was heavier than my normal periods before pregnancy. I’ve heard a lot of mixed things so not sure if there is a ‘norm’

My DD was born on the 19th December and I've still not had a period (not even a little spotting). I've only ever formula fed, so no idea where AF is!

mmm, its so hard to know what to expect isn't it? I'm in no rush to have the dreaded AF but would like to know when to expect it.

Aunt Flo finally arrived after 14 weeks and although slightly heavier and accompanied with ALOT of back ache (which I never used to get before) its manageable and not as bad as I thought it would be.
