Has anybody used a stretch mark treatment that's actually reduced them significantly? Please tell me what you have used. I've been left with severe stretch marks on my lower stomach after pregnancy and i'm now 8 months post partum and they are still quite bad. Some of them are quite wide and you can feel them when run hands across. Please help...

Bio oil or coconut oil, and don’t forget to exfoliate

Thanks, I used bio oil through my whole pregnancy and it made me itch and it didn't do anything to be honest. I use coconut oil at the moment and although it softens my skin it doesn't do much so I'm keen to try something else.

Time is the only healer. And you will likely always be able to feel them. I've certainly for stretch marks I've had for about 15 years that are very faint lines bit can still be felt when I run my hands over them.

Tattoos. I used bio oil throughout and woke up to hundreds of them at 39 weeks. I used big flower designs over mine and they have covered really well.

If that isn't for you, like PP said, time. My tummy still seems to be moving back almost 3 years on.

Thank you so much for your comments. It makes me feel so much better knowing that they will gradually improve over time and that what I'm looking at today isn't the end result. I guess it give me hope and settles me to know that in a few years everything will still further improve. I'll prob have to start counting after I'm finished having children though as who knows what it will all look like after a second one!! Thank you all so much.
