Experience of knee pain post partum?

Has anyone experienced pain in their knees since giving birth? My knees don’t hurt when walking but tend to hurt when getting up from a seated position. Any advice on this?

Yes, me! I gave birth 6 months ago. I spoke to the GP about it and they suggested a multi vitamin and doing some daily stretches.

I have not found time for daily stretches or the cash for the multi vitamin so instead I just keep complaining to my husband

😂😂😂 I complain to my other half all the time too. They must be so tired of my moaning. Thanks for the tips. I might google some stretches. Even if I never do them like you haha. I hope it doesn’t last forever.
