Helpp!!!

Hi everyone,

I'm not sire if this is the correct thread to post on but lets give it a go!

Okay! I'm experiencing left shoulder/ left underarm and left arm pain. It feels sort of like muscle pain but I'm not sure. I do hold my 5 month old in my left arm and ofcource I'm constantly picking and putting him in cot. Could it be that or something else?

I'm a first time mum so not sure whether this could be a common thing?
