Lost sensation in skin on stomach

Pretty much as is says above, I have a line of skin from the belly button down to the bikini line that I can pinch as hard as a can and there is no feeling.
Can also run my finger from one side to the other and it's easy to pick up at what point it goes and comes back, OH has also done this
I didn't have a c-section so no nerve damage from surgery, it's still a bit flabby 15wks on from giving birth to DD2, I'm assuming it's been since this pregnancy only as I didn't notice it before.

Anyone else had/have this?

Did you have an epidural or spinal block? I had a spinal before being stitched up due to tearing and it took weeks for the feeling to come back fully around my midriff (belly and back!)

I have the same thing but I had a section so assumed it was because of that.

Had nothing in terms of pain relief during labour just a bit of local for a small tear but obviously that was no were near the belly.
I can very faintly feel something now so maybe it will just take more time to recover after being stretched for the second time.

It takes time for the nerve tissue to regrow - you will (almost certainly) gradually get the feeling back over a year or so as it all reconnects. Be prepared for weird tingly itchy feelings!

As its on the midline it may be a consequence of your abs separating. Have you checked for diastasis recti? A quick Google will show you how and pull up excercises to help - normal crunches and whatnot aren't helpful.
