Always ill

Hi all,
M second born is now 9 months old and both of us are constantly catching colds and illnesses. Seems like since March we have been constantly ill. Strangely my toddler and oh don’t catch all of the things.

I eat a very good diet, I work out 3-5 times a week, I try and sleep but obv it isn’t great with the baby. I take vitamin c and zinc tablets. Yet still I’m always ill.

Doctors have run tests and say I have low white blood cells and immunity. Does anyone else have issues with this this far post partum? Is it normal or could there be an underlying problem?
