Kenneth Clarke "old faces" still in the Conservative Party,good or bad move?

Kenneth Clarke is now 70 years of age and currently Shadow Secretary of State for Business, Innovation & Skills. Have'nt we had enough of these old faces from the Tory government back in the 80's, I remember when he was the Health Secretary in 1988 and look at the legacy of his policies today in 2010, we still have BSE in our herds and we still have deaths from the human form of mad cows disease. Now I for one do not trust anything Mr.Clarke has to say and I wish he would retire like most people of his age, he's had his time.
