I wouldn't mention it when you go on the day. No point.
No harm in asking.
We moved house on the 22nd May which was the deadline to register to vote. With all the chaos (and ensuing exhaustion), we didn't manage to register ourselves on the electoral roll for our new address.
We are (afaik) still registered to our old address. Will we be able to go back there in order to vote next week?
