I'm a 44 yrs women looking for podcast recommendations please

I think really depends on what your interests are? I got into Podcasts after reading about the success of 'Serial' and I really enjoyed it, but it's not everyone cup of tea. There are now so many to choose from on every topic, fiction/factual, ongoing series, one-off topics, chat-show style, UK/American.... it's hard to give a good idea. What do you listen on? If you have an app like Stitcher (again there are a few specific apps - I use Cast Box) there will be recommendations by category so you can have a listen via that.
My personal favourites are This American Life, RadioLab, Reply All and the BBC Radio documentary types like Crossing Continents. I could suggest loads of others that were more series-like eg S-Town. Again, depends on what you fancy!
