Praying for guidance in decision making,

So I ve been asked to be a church warden and I am praying on it, to decide if it is something I should do it.
However my question is how do I know what god wants me to do?

What about writing a for and against list, might make things clearer too.

Do you have someone who can pray with you and talk to you about it? That can be helpful.

Can you have a word with your Minister/Vicar, and voice your concerns, talk it over, whatever the outcome I wish you well.

Thanks guys. I made the decision not to. I ve spoken to the vicar.

It got me thinking, I pray a lot and I ask the Holy Spirit to guide me but I am not sure how I know if it is God guiding me when I make decisions. If that makes sense?

Yes it does make sense bootygirl, perhaps at some stage in the future you may wish to accept the position of Church Warden, always be guided by prayer, I wish you well.
