Child Maintenance Self Employed Loopholes

I believe child maintenance needs to be treated in the same way as tax and not seen as a benefit, to ensure more children receive the correct financial support they are legally entitled to.

They need to look again at the rules and operating systems which govern child maintenance in self-employed cases, to ensure that the children are not disadvantaged and parents’ liabilities reflect ability to pay.
