Didn’t the PM announce financial help for nurseries in his announcement yesterday?

My DDs nursery has just sent out a letter stating that they will not be charging for children not sent in from April until the end of the closure. They also said they would stay open for key workers and anyone else who needed to send children in due to potential loss of earnings or unable to find any other childcare. Contact the nursery directly to find out the arrangements, I expect most will be contacting parents today.
