Joke-themed party bag ideas for 'giggle party'?

DD2's having a 'giggle party' for her 4th birthday - guests to wear something funny etc and I'll probably do a clown cake.

Was hoping to put mini joke books in party bags as DD2's into (bad) jokes in a big way at the moment but can't find any cheap ones.

Also considering whoopee cushions etc which I'm sure will go down well with the parents - or some nice little clown dolls or something if I can find any.

Any other ideas? Most importantly, where to look (online)? I'm going to try to put in a few reasonably decent things that might actually get used this time, rather than the usual pile of plastic tat

Hawkins bazaar for plastic jokes stuff.

Do a printed sheet of DD's favourite jokes?

DS got a fly in an ice cube in his Xmas stocking which has caused much hilarity during year. That was from Hawkins bazaar.
Also (tho disgsusting) DS is very fond of his plastic poo, he leaves it all over the house and I have to laugh every time I see it.

Instore do cheap joke books (think about 99p each). Alternatively I like the idea of a printed sheet of them. Toys r us are quite good for whoopie cushions etc but I dont think they do the fake poo etc. Try ebay???? You might get them in a job lot.

What kind of things do you do at a 'giggle party', it sounds right up my dd2's street???

Thanks BHB! Will def try all those places.

We have, for the 2nd time, hired a brilliant entertainer called Mr Giggles. He's truly hilarious for both kids and adults - he did DD1's 4th birthday and it's the only party where I've chosen to stay in the party room rather than hide in the kitchen with the grownups!

lol at "job lot of fake poo" nice!

DD would also love this, our local pound shops does tricks and also big bags of those rings you fill with water and squirt people with. So worht trying a pound shop if you got one near you
