children's party boxes - where to get them?

It's DS's 5th birthday party in a few weeks and I want to buy some of those party box thingies to put party tea/food in but only ones I've seen are mail-order. Can't justify spending 4 quid postage just for these - does anyone know any shops that sell them?

Woolworths is quite good for things like that, but I guess it depends on where you are and if your woolworths is a big one. Do you have any local party shops or fancy dress shops?

My local market had a stall with Birthday cards etc on,and they sold them.

Wouldn't have thought to look there, was surprised to see them.

I once got some plain white ones from local bakers at a few pence each and DCs decorated them with stickers.
