Please help me choose between these 2 restaurants

For my best friend's 50th birthday. We've had a most treasured 30 year friendship and a when we were young we used to go out to Chinese restaurants a lot. We even went to China together.
So I thought it would be special to go to one of the best Chinese restaurants and trying to decide between Hutong in The Shard,, or Min Jiang which is on the 10th floor of the Royal Garden hotel Kensington.

Need it to look v impressive rather than emphasis on food quality - it's the experience I'm after and I've not been to either.

Any advice from anyone who's been?

I've been to Hutong. Amazing views. I think it qualifies as looking impressive, but sadly can't compare it to the other.
