Ideas for a Christmas birthday

My daughter will be turning 11 on Saturday 23rd December and I am stuck for ideas for what to do for her. She isn’t sure if she wait’s a party or whether she would like to do something with me/family. We have exhausted Clip-and- climb, trampoline party etc. Pamper parties are not an option either. In the past she has been to the ballet, a trip to London, panto etc as a birthday treat. We are in the Midlands if anyone can suggest any other ideas for her.
