school reports

can anyone help with some advice. my ex recieves childs end of term scholl reports. this is something im not happy about. as the school has taken it upon themselves to send out these reports to ex partner. he has parental responsibility. but and a big but he doesnt see the child and has no intrest in child.i understand that ex is entilted to doctors reports,school reports and so forth. but the school i feel have gone behind my back to do this.when i feel that it should be up to me whether to forward the reports or not.i thought that ex would have to put this in writing from his solicitor that this is what he wanted.which he never has.i feel very let down by the school that they didn,t see fit to discuss this with me.and just go ahead and do it anyway.saying that their legal department said they have to do so!!!
