night terrors at 4months?

my 4month old son has recently started screaming in his sleep, he doesn't wake up, even when I try to wake him he still screams.then it just suddenly stops. I've read a few things on google but only mentions night terrors and I thought he might be a bit young. It's never happened at night, only during his day naps, any ideas? I hate the thought of him having nightmares! He is such a happy and content baby, there is a possibility of teething but it doesn't seem to be bothering him (yet!) any advice would be great! :D
