As the title says really, help. I don't know what to do, she has been at school nearly a week and a half now and on 3 days the teacher has taken me to one side to let me know that DD has been rude, stroppy, refused to do as she is told etc.
I don't let her get away with this behaaviour at home although she does try it on with shouting at us. At home we refuse to listen and wait until she speeks politely to us. With stroppy behaviour and refusing to do as she is told she usually ends up being sent to her room to calm down and the has to appologise.
I have now idea how to stop this behaviour at school though. Obviously I insist she appologises to the teacher and I remind her that we talk politely to other people but what else can I do? Please some one give me some helpful advise before she gets into more trouble at school. (I am a teacher by the way and am more than capable of controling my pupils at school, its very embarasing that my DD won't behave well)
