DS5 is in his first year of primary school, he's coming home full of chat about everything but sometimes I don't quite like what I'm hearing e.g. he occasionally talks about not liking or playing with certain children. It's also difficult as while he is chatty, he isn't always the most coherent so it's difficult to get the full story about anything from him. I'm trying to teach him to be kind but I also don't want to react to what he is telling me in such a way that puts him off telling me all about his day, his little worries etc. How should I approach this?
