Hi
My baby has been weaned for nearly a month, she’s taken really well to it and is up to three meals a day.
Today I tried her with scrambled egg for the first time. She started to get a blotchy rash on her head (which she also gets with yoghurt ive noticed but not cows milk eg on weetabix) and didn’t like eating it so I stopped.
She was clearly still hungry so I tried her with (for the first time 🤦♀️ I know I know) a pouch of tomato pasta. She seemed to like it and ate a decent amount but did come out in hives around her mouth whilst she was eating it.
She then was violently sick about a minute after and really unsettled for a good hour after. She also threw up her next bottle. She’s fine now.
So, it could be an allergy to either egg or tomato I guess as like an idiot I tried both for the first time in one go!
Any advice on how to manage it please or work out which she’s allergic to? Also do you refer to GP at such a young age? My first child had no allergies so it’s all new to me.
Thanks x
