7 year old odd sleep

Hi am away with my dad and two children, my daughter ( 7 ) and I are sharing a room, I don't sleep well so was awake most of the night, 5 or 6 times I looked over to her bed to find her just sitting there, eyes open but not at all 'with it' , for the last couple of months she has been complaining of being very tired of a morning, I think I see why now 😂 does anyone elses kids do this, I have suffered from night terrors all my life but bar muttering to herself she doesn't appear distressed etc
