She was fine during the night but today still crying alot and kind of the same with her bottles, not taking much and still being sick. The HV thinks might be a bug but shes also teething alot too x

How long on ranatidine? It might be wearing off, it did for my LO. If it's been effective up until now, I'd guess either the does needs upping (it's very weight sensitive), moving to omeprazole, or stomach bug.

LO (almost 6 months) had gastroenteritis last month (on top of badly managed reflux and CMPA) and it was hell for about 3 days with vomit and screaming. My LO was worse at night than day with the stomach bug. When his ranatidine was becoming ineffective, he was better at night and worse during the day.

If she's taking less than 300ml in 24 hours you risk dehydration, I'd recommend out of ours gp, or hospital if you're worried enough. If it's a bug, just try snacking her on smaller bottles more often, if you have any control over her feeding at all.

Good luck!

Keep an eye on if she is getting dehydrated. She should be having wet nappies. If you think she is dehydrated then go into see the GP. Otherwise give it another day and if no better, check her checked anyway
